Questions
How big can the numbers be?
There is no practical limit. It uses JavaScript BigInt, so it stays exact far beyond the 2^53 safe integer limit.
Does it handle negative numbers?
Yes. Put a minus sign in front and it is kept in every base.
Why are digits grouped?
To make long values readable: hex and binary in groups of 4, decimal and octal in groups of 3.
